A strong core of juniper leads into bittersweet citrus and waves of floral heather, rounded off by an earthy, sweet finish.
My goodness, you can really get a whiff of those floral botanicals with this gin, and they're not overwhelmed by the juniper. A lovely smooth gin, but with enough body to be tasted along with a tonic.
