Greenhook Gin is produced in a custom built copper alembic still made to work with a mercury vacuum, which reduces atmospheric pressure in the still.
The science pays off with a blend of elderflower, chamomile, cinnamon and smooth, subtle juniper. A fantastic American dry gin.
