Nose: Plenty of vanilla and the creamy citrus aromas of a posh soap shop (that's a good thing). Lime, juniper, light caramels and a little coriander seed too.
Palate: Lemon now, soft juniper, more subtle vanilla and some minerality.
Finish: Clean with crisp citrus.
Overall: The transformation in this Wire Works American Gin is impressive, with barrel-aged character going into caramel notes. Pleasing.
