Wire Works American Gin
GrandTen Distillers are based in Boston, Massachusetts, and helmed by Matthew Nuernberger and Spencer McMinn. Now then, hands up if you like yummy American gin... If your hand is in the air like it just doesn't care, then you'll want to assert some control over your arms and grab yourself a bottle of GrandTen's Wire Works American Gin. Wonderfully well-rounded with plenty of character. They even use cranberries as a botanical, which adds a hint of acidity and texture to the Boston gin.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Light, fragrant notes of fir tree and juniper, blending gracefully with citrus and angelica.
Palate
Mouth-coating and refreshing, with lemon balm, more pine, soft juniper and peppery warmth developing.
Finish
Drying. Final notes of boiled sweeties.
Overall
Ought to work excellently in cocktails.
