If you're wondering what's the story with GINTÌ, then let's break it down phonetically: gin-tea! Tì derives from the Gaelic word for tea, and the folks at GINTÌ grow their very own Scottish tea, using polytunnels and biomass renewable energy to create a warm enough environment. Traditional botanicals including lemon peel and liquorice are also infused into the spirit along with the tea leaves.
