Ginkhana
An equestrian-inspired gin produced in Scotland featuring juniper, water mint and cassia bark, as well as few nontraditional botanicals - meadow hay, green apples and organic carrots! We think you can see the horse-y connection there... Oh, and the name Ginkhana is a fun bit of wordplay, created as an homage to gymkhana, the equestrian event.
Enjoyably sweet, with fresh apple standing out particularly well. Subtle vanilla-y creaminess to it, with toasty cassia notes in support.
Fresh meadow hay on the nose, crisp green apple and carroty sweetness on the palate with a fresh, clean finish. Stunning!
