It's the fourth in the Four Marys series of gins from Linlithgow Distillery! This one is Subtly Spiced, having allspice, nutmeg, apricots, rose petals and long peppers thrown into the mix of botanicals. This warming gin was created after Mary Beaton, who was Mary Queen of Scots' confidante and adviser.
Peppery juniper leads into fragrant allspice, with gently building chilli heat and black pepper underpinned by delicate rose.
