This vibrant gin from Fierce Spirits was inspired by the flavours of Thailand – which explains its flavour profile and zazzy label! Alongside juniper, you'll find lemongrass, Makrut lime leaf, and the exceptionally hot Carolina Reaper chilli. When we say hot, we mean up to 2 million scoville units of hot – for reference, jalapeño chillis are around 5,000! Nonetheless, it manages to remain fresh and not overly spicy, and we reckon it might even go rather well with spicy food.
