The first release from the Dùn Omhain! The Signature Gin is inspired by botanical gardens, and features the likes of bilberries, orange, lemon, raspberry leaf, angelica root, and juniper, making for a bold, refreshing expression that ought to do very well in cocktails and mixed drinks. Wonderful stuff from Dunoon in Argyll, Scotland.
Bright citrus and earthy juniper, with a hint of vanilla growing underneath.
