Up in Manchester, Defiance Distillery teamed up with Atlas Bar and Cuckoo Gin to help out its friends in the hospitality industry the best way it knows how – with tasty spirits! This is Suck It Up Gin, and it looks like the the name was inspired by a comment from a certain star of The Apprentice regarding Manchester moving into Tier 3 of local lockdown restrictions. It's distilled with bitter lemons, and the distillery donates £5 from every bottle to Hospitality Action.
