Distilled over in Lancashire, it's Wild Rose Gin from Defiance, with base of 14 traditional botanicals and, of course, wild rose! A delicately floral pink tipple that should do rather well splashed into Prosecco.
A core of floral rose runs through undertones of juniper, citrus and an earthy finish.
