Description

From the Barr Hill range produced by Caledonia Spirits in Vermont comes a half bottle of Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat Gin. This excellent tipple is made with juniper and raw honey as botanicals, and allowed a brief maturation in new American oak casks before bottling.

Overall

Heavy vanilla influence. Subtly floral at points, only boosted by the fresh juniper notes throughout.
