Hine's Bonneuil Series continues with this 2010 vintage, made with grapes from the 80 hectare Bonneuil estate! The maison noted that 2010 was a particularly impressive vintage, and just 450 bottles of the Cognac were released. Immensely fruity stuff, with orchard fruit and citrus galore!
Tarte tatin and crisp orchard fruit, with zingy apple skin, honeycomb and spiced teacake, rounded off by sweet orange citrus.
