Showing off the glory of the Chardonnay grape, Dom Ruinart's 2009 vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne is a bright, crisp, and satisfying expression. It's made with 82% Chardonnay grapes from Côte des Blancs, alongside 12% Chardonnay grapes from the Montagne de Reims. After a lengthy rest in Ruinart House, it has been deemed ready to enjoy – and it is particularly enjoyable indeed.
Crisp and fresh with apricot and citrus, with hints of almond pastries and honey developing along the way.
