Louis Roederer Cristal Brut 2015
Balancing subtlety and precision, this is the 2015 vintage of Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Champagne. Produced in the best years using a combo of around 40% Chardonnay and 60% pinot noir grapes, this Champagne ages for at least six years in Louis Roederer's cellars, followed by a further eight after disgorgement. Balanced and fruity with elegant mineral undertones, it's good to enjoy now, and can be conserved for over 20 years without losing its freshness and character.
