Bollinger PN AYC18
Stunning Blanc de Noirs Champagne from Bollinger, PN AYC18 is produced from 100% pinot noir. Built upon a core predominantly from the 2018 harvest in the Aÿ Grand Cru, blended with grapes from other villages in the Montage de Reims, including Tauxières and Verzenay, alongside older wines from the Bollinger reserves, the Champagne is generously cellar-aged before release. A superb accompaniment for a French meat and cheese board.

Lively layers of candied citrus and zesty honey are backed by blanched almonds and grapefruit, with a fresh, elegant finish.
