
This expression from Avuá Cachaça has been aged a barrel made from Tapinhoã, a rare type of wood that you could find in South America (y'know if you were lucky - it's rare, like we said). The Cachaça aged for up to two years before being bottled, resulting in a creamy texture and a wealth of honeyed notes.
