Description
Distilled by the Somerset Cider Brandy Company in 2010, this English apple brandy was matured for 16 years in an apple ice wine cask. It was independently bottled by Adelphi at a cask strength of 55% ABV, without chill filtration or added colour. The cask builds on the brandy’s orchard fruit character with concentrated apple sweetness, honey, spice, and rich dessert wine notes. Only 345 bottles were released.

Nose
Baked apple, apple skin, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and dried apricot.
Palate
Apple tart, quince jelly, caramel, sweet wine, toasted oak, and warming spice.
Finish
Long and rich, with stewed apple, honey, nutmeg, and drying oak.
