The North Uist distillery in the Outer Hebrides oak aged its own Downpour Gin for this ready to drink Negroni cocktail. The gin is joined by a classic combo of vermouth and amaro and bottled at a generous 27% ABV for a robust, characterful balance of sweet and bitter flavours. Ideal if you fancy a Negroni without the faff – simply pour a measure over ice and enjoy!
