A crisp Summer drink with plenty of pep, Mr. Lyan's Diamond Rickey can be enjoyed chilled, or is absolutely fantastic with a little tonic or even Prosecco. The Diamond Rickey is a blend of Mr Lyan's gin, a lime and almond liqueur and grapefruit distillate. We're pretty sure long evenings in the Summer were invented for this sort of cocktail, as were tall glasses, tonic water and grapefruits.
Created by the one and only Ryan Chetiyawardana who's received recognition for his award-winning bars, most notably Dandelyan in London.
Real lemonade and fresh lime peel emerge at first before you become aware of the counterpoint offered by almond notes and a little bite from fresh grapefruit peel. Fresh and well balanced.
Sprightly and zesty with a perfect level of acidity and sweetness.
