1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entries must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 25 AUGUST 2025 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 7 SEPTEMBER 2025 (the entry period).
5. HOW TO ENTER:  To enter, eligible individuals must during the entry period purchase one of the following products from www.masterofmalt.com (each a qualifying product):
   Gin Mare (70cl • 42.7%);
   Gin Mare Gift Pack with Lantern (70cl • 42.7%);
   Gin Mare Capri (70cl • 42.7%).
   Multiple entries are permitted! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNER:  MoM will choose one winner. The winner will be chosen at random out of all qualifying entries and will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winner made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  
7. PRIZE: The winner will win a trip for 2 adults to Catania, Sicily, organised by Brown-Forman Beverages Europe Limited via its agency partner (Prize Provider). The prize will comprise the following:
   • • 2 x economy return flights from Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted or Luton airport to Catania, Sicily (one item of standard-sized checked luggage is permitted per person)
     • Return private transfers from Catania airport to the hotel; 
     • 2 nights’ stay at a 4-star hotel in Catania, Sicily, based on the winner and their guest sharing a twin/double room (including complimentary  breakfast). The hotel will be selected by the Prize Provider; 
     • Dinner and drinks for two people at a local restaurant, up to the value of £60 per person, including service charge. The restaurant will be selected by the Prize Provider; 
     • £200 spending money (for the winner only); and
     • Basic single trip travel insurance for the winner and their guest (please see section 8 for further details).

   All travel, accommodation, and other arrangements relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Provider and its agents. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in travel or accommodation arrangements, or for the failure of or delay in any planned excursions. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Provider does not act on behalf of MoM as its agent, representative, or sub-contractor. Important travel restrictions are set out in paragraph 8 below.
   The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items.  MoM and Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

8. IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT THE PRIZES:

• • The winner and their guest must both travel to and from Sicily together at the same time;
  • Both the winner and their guest must be over the age of 18;
  • The flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available;
  • The flight itinerary will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion;
  • Any travel arrangements and costs or expenses (including travel costs) incurred by the winner and their guest in taking up the prize that are not listed in paragraph 7 shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. The accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one double occupancy room in Sicily.
  • The hotel may require a valid credit or debit card to hold during your and your guest’s stay to cover incidentals and other expenses on check in. It is, therefore, crucial that either the winner or their guest possesses and travels with a valid credit or debit card for this purpose.
  • The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks except where explicitly stated in paragraph 7, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
  • All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if any elements of the prize are unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the Prize Provider’s sole discretion;
  • Travel insurance for the prize trip is included subject to the winner and their guest having no pre-existing medical conditions and being under the age of 70. It will be the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to meet any additional premium that is payable due to the winner and/or their guest not meeting these requirements, and the winner and/or their guest will be solely responsible in circumstances where insurance is cancelled or limited owing to a failure to disclose any pre-existing medical condition or to exceeding the age limit. The travel insurance will be subject to the restrictions, exclusions, excesses, and other terms set out in the relevant insurance policy. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered and insurance terms are sufficient for their circumstances. The winner and/or their guest will be responsible for paying any additional premium that is required due to the winner and/or their guest requiring a higher level of cover or any other amendments to the cover provided. The winner and/or their guest shall be solely liable for any excess payments that are payable under the insurance policy and for submitting any claims that they may have under the policy directly to the insurance provider.
  • Spending money to the value of £200 is provided to the winner only and will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account; 
  • The winner must provide the Prize Provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months which must be no less than six weeks prior to the winner’s proposed departure date;
  • The prize trip cannot be taken over the Christmas and New Year period (i.e. between 22nd December – 3rd January (inclusive), during any public holidays in the United Kingdom, or in the months of July and August.
  • The trip must be taken within 12 months of the winner being notified that they have won the prize.
    Travel dates and reservations cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled once booked.
  • The Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All travellers will require a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they hold all necessary visas and travel documentation required for the trip
  • If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, take up the prize or part of the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize or the part of the prize that it has not taken up;
  • The prize trip must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or anything else that may be required is the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest;
  • The winner will be required to liaise directly with the Prize Provider, or its appointed agency, to arrange the trip. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english.

9. AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL: The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel on any dates specified for the trip, and that they hold all necessary travel documentation incidental to the fulfilment of the prize (including a valid passport).
10. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winner will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the relevant prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winner for feedback in respect of the competition and/or any prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address (where applicable).  MoM will not be able to ship the prizes to any winner who is not able to provide a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom, in which circumstances MoM will offer the relevant prize to another eligible entrant picked at random. Insofar as is permitted by law, MoM or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prize trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM or its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Provider or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prize  trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of the Prize Provider, or its respective agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.  
12. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s and Prize Provider’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used for this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated to or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
