You're more likely to find black truffles in a busy kitchen than on a busy bar, but the Bitter Bastards Black Truffle Bitters can impart unique, mushroom-y, earthy notes to your cocktails. This 10cl bottle contains bitters thast have been made using Tuber Aestivum truffles, and utilising rapid-maceration and centrifugal extraction techniques to achieve the desired flavour profile and clarity.

Was really disappointed with this one. I get that perhaps it’s difficult to create a really potent truffle flavour with natural truffle, but given the fact that these are bitters (I.e. supposed to concentrate a particular flavour) and their price tag, I was left really disappointed by the basically nonexistent truffle flavour in this. There’s actually no real flavour to these bitters at all; it’s basically just like adding pure alcohol to your cocktails. Dreadful value for money. If you’re looking for a spirit with big truffle flavour I’d recommend Copper in the Clouds Black Truffle Gin.
