Port Dundas 10yo #9027 Bottling Note

This indie bottling of Port Dundas single grain Scotch whisky was distilled back in 2009 and initially aged in an American oak cask, then moved over to a cask that previously held rum from Martinique! In 2020, the whisky was bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. at 10 years of age, with an outturn of 300 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Green apple, cloudy lemonade, a hint of gingerbread growing underneath.

Palate: Zesty and vibrant with lots of orchard fruit notes, plus a whisper of mint leaf.

Finish: Icing sugar, lemongrass and toffee.
