Vintage Highland 8 Year Old Malt (Signatory)
Signatory's bottling from a secret highland distillery. Fairly young, but a well-rounded highlander nonetheless.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Biscuits, malt, apples, fresh and baked. Some brown sugar sweetness and raisins.
Palate
More of those cereal notes with oats and barley, along with raisins and very mild citrus. Caramel sugar sweetness but quite subtle.
Finish
Medium with a lingering dry note.
Overall
A sprightly and impressive young whisky.
