What's in a name? Tullibardine 18 Year Old 1991 - Old Malt Cask (Douglas Laing) whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Tullibardine 18 Year Old 1991 - Old Malt Cask (Douglas Laing) whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Fruity and fresh, barley malt, cinnamon, hints of nutmeg and toasty oak.
Palate: Juicy barley, floral notes, orange zest, hints of caramel.
Finish: Very spicy finish - cinnamon and cloves.
Bought this when visiting the distillery. Absolutely beautiful light whisky.
