Probably Speyside's Finest 18 Year Old 1991 - Old Malt Cask (Douglas Laing)
A beautiful, darkly hued whisky from "Probably Speyside's Finest Distillery". This was aged in a refill hogshead before finishing in a red wine cask. Delicious stuff from Douglas Laing.

Nose
Rich and aromatic with notes of berry fruits, raspberries, dark honey and chocolate malt.
Palate
Sherried peels, thick dessert wine, old port and peppermint.
