Speyburn 26 Bottling Note

A very pale, refill butt-matured single cask Speyburn. This was distilled on the 17th January 1980 before a 26 year maturation in cask 110. It was bottled by Signatory for their fabulous Cask Strength Collection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Kirsch and pear liqueur on the nose, with notes of freshly juiced oranges, candy floss, corn syrup and oak.

Palate: Creamy and fruity, again more of those pear notes, notes of sweet French apple cider and potpourri.

Finish: Good length, quite tangy and zesty.
