Rare Ayrshire 34 Signatory Bottling Note

An incredibly rare single malt from the Ladyburn distillery in the Lowlands (which is now closed). This Rare Ayrshire was distilled on the 21st February 1975 and aged for 34 years in bourbon barrel number 558 before bottling on the 2nd March 2009. A release of 166 bottles.

Rare Ayrshire 34 Signatory Tasting Note

Nose: Very malty indeed, aniseed, rice pudding.

Palate: Creamy with gorgeous allspice, Bramley apple peel and Demerara sugar notes.

Finish: Dried fruits, some spice. Baking soda on the tail.
