What's in a name? Rock Hill Farms Bourbon whiskey is called whiskey because it's produced in America. Were it from Scotland it would be spelled Rock Hill Farms Bourbon whisky, rather than whiskey.
Nose: Figs, nuts, dry spices. Then big oak, hints of peppermint, butterscotch and black pepper. Palate: Cocoa, rye spices, buttery toffee, tangy, puckering rye and oak interplay. Sour fruit too. Finish: Walnut, honey, vanilla, toffee, anise, mint, spices. Overall: Incredible. So much character.
