Nose: A cereal-rich, surprisingly malty nose (!), with hints of gingerbread, cinnamon, vanilla custard and barrel char.

Palate: Notes of sweet café lattes, soft spices, acacia honey and custard on the palate.

Finish: Easy-going, sweet finish with Demerara sugar on the tail.
