Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich, biscuity aromas with hints of berry fruit and wood shavings. A little manuka honey.

Palate: Thick, malty palate with notes of digestive biscuits and allspice. A touch of gingernut develops with apple peel and pepper.

Finish: Peppery, toffee-rich finish.

Overall: Lovely malty stuff.
