Nose: Caramel and toffee apples, notes of cooked banana, ginger, a little cocoa and wood ash.
Palate: Creamy and malty. Marmalade, buttered toast, apple peels, juicy barley and cream.
Finish: Good length. Notes of marzipan on the tail.
