There are just 175 bottles of this delicious single cask Knockando, distilled in 1994 and bottled after 17 years for the Old Malt Cask range.

Nose

Spiced and warming, beeswax, toffee apples and malt.

Palate

Dry oak, barrel char, hints of sherried peels, dates and almonds.

Finish

Orange zest, pepper and honey on hot-buttered granary toast.
