Nose: Cider, juniper and lemon juice, malt and burnt sugar, freshly sawn oak and grapefruit.
Palate: Rich and sweet, pastis, oak and gripping oak, a little more of that juniper from the nose, with potpourri and cedar.
Finish: Bittersweet, oaky and dry with coffee grounds on the tail.
