This is from a new range from Glenglassaugh, showcasing their favoured styles of whisky from older casks. This cask was selected by Ronnie Routledge. The whisky itself is a 35 year old malt aged in a sherry butt. Each bottle is individually hand-numbered.

Nose
A rich, sweet nose with notes of apricots in syrup, plum jam, cocoa, malt.
Palate
Juicy and fruity, with notes of tropical fruit, orange zest, sherried peels, chocolate raisins and wood shavings.
