A single cask Glencadam distilled in the Winter of 1998 and aged in a refill butt before bottling after 12 years. This is un-chillfiltered with no added colouring and comes from Douglas Laing's Provenance range.
Sweet, lemon sherbet, apple blossom, sultanas, baklava and grist.
Spiced, warming palate with notes of Benedictine, malt and freshly cut herbs.
Spiced with notes of calves leather and malt.
