This was distilled at the Glenburgie distillery in Autumn of 1999. It was then aged for 11 years in a single refill hogshead before bottling in Summer 2011 for the Provenance range.
Honey and peach nectar, pepper, barley malt and stewed fruits.
Caramelised fruits and cooked banana, rum spice, custard.
Zesty citrus.
