This was distilled at the Glenburgie distillery in Autumn of 1999. It was then aged for 11 years in a single refill hogshead before bottling in Summer 2011 for the Provenance range.

Nose: Honey and peach nectar, pepper, barley malt and stewed fruits.

Palate: Caramelised fruits and cooked banana, rum spice, custard.

Finish: Zesty citrus.
