A 15 year old Glenallachie, distilled in 1996 and aged in a brace of hogsheads (numbers 5233 and 5234). Bottled in 2012 by Signatory, this is part of a release of 798 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Pineapples, coconut, sweet cereals, Chantilly cream, lemon curd and malt.

Palate: Rhubarb crumble, camomile, grapefruit juice and tangy oak. Peppery and sweet.

Finish: Kumquats and plump raisins.
