Description

A 15 year old Glenallachie, distilled in 1996 and aged in a brace of hogsheads (numbers 5233 and 5234). Bottled in 2012 by Signatory, this is part of a release of 798 numbered bottles.

Nose

Pineapples, coconut, sweet cereals, Chantilly cream, lemon curd and malt.

Palate

Rhubarb crumble, camomile, grapefruit juice and tangy oak. Peppery and sweet.

Finish

Kumquats and plump raisins.
