Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Caramelised peels and rich spices, soft oak and butterscotch.

Palate: Full and malty with a big whack of gripping sherry notes, apple peels and baked pear with nectarine sultanas and burnt sugar.

Finish: Long and spiced, candy floss.
