Glen Keith 18 Bottling Note
Distilled at Glen Keith on the 1st October 1992 and aged in two bourbon barrels for 18 years before bottling on the 11th March 2011. A release of 352 bottles from Signatory, at natural cask strength.
Nose: Cut hay and oats, some earthy character, as well as crème brulee and pine resin.
Palate: Sweet vanilla cream with notes of caramel and aniseed, hints of plum wine and black pepper.
Finish: Good length with intensely rich notes of plum, apricot and lavender honey.
