This was distilled in June 1991 and aged for 16 years in refill hogshead number 3927 before bottling in October 2007. This is part of a release of 287 bottled for the Old Malt Cask range.
Apples and pears. Notes of sweet cereals, honey, malt and toffee.
Thick and sweet with vanilla, caramel, toffee apples and cinnamon.
Just a hint of smoke, honey roast ham, spices.
