Nose
Hot and spiced nose with engine oil, cooked apricots with honey, peat smoke, cut hay and pepper.
Palate
Very peaty palate with cranberries, manuka honey, blueberry jam, black pepper, cinnamon pastries, nutmeg…
Finish
Long and peaty finish with port wine and spice.
