Insider knowledge: Edradour 2002 Tokaji Matured whisky is named whisky by virtue of the fact it's from Scotland. If distilled in America the spelling would be Edradour 2002 Tokaji Matured whiskey, as opposed to whisky.
Nose: Peels, spice. Sherry. Grapey.
Palate: Wonderful texture with the Tokaji rich in the mouth. Cut hay, barley. Firm. Salty butter.
Finish: Sweet, citric acidity.
Had the pleasure of drinking one bottle of this , I was at the distellery in November of 2006.Very ,very smooth, it said drink me. cheers and hope there is some out there somewhere.
