What's in a name? Edradour 2002 Tokaji Matured whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Edradour 2002 Tokaji Matured whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Peels, spice. Sherry. Grapey.
Palate: Wonderful texture with the Tokaji rich in the mouth. Cut hay, barley. Firm. Salty butter.
Finish: Sweet, citric acidity.
Had the pleasure of drinking one bottle of this , I was at the distellery in November of 2006.Very ,very smooth, it said drink me. cheers and hope there is some out there somewhere.
