A superb and unusual Highland whisky, Ballechin is heavily peated Edradour, and this is the 6th release in the range, aged in a bourbon cask. Very tasty!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Light, musty smoke, hints of farmyards, vanilla spice, gentle peat, forest floors and pepper.

Palate: Smoky and nutty, some marzipan, hazelnut, custard, olive oil and lapsang souchong.

Finish: Herbal, floral and toasty, some vanilla and oak.
