Nose: Buttery and sweet. Sticky toffee pudding, some dates, and a little pepper, sweet wine (obviously), with these juicy, grape-like character.
Palate: Rich and syrupy, an unctuously sweet raisin flavour, some toffee, mango and pepper.
Finish: Dry and oaky, some pepper and butterscotch.
