Nose: Very rich and fruity with notes of top-quality balsamic vinegar, gooseberries, cranberries, redcurrant jelly and vanilla cream.
Palate: Tangy. Notes of pineapple, guava, strawberry jam and grapefruit juice. A hint of sweet, white wine and honey.
Finish: A long, spicy finish trailing off on notes of red berries and black pepper.
