Nose: Crisp oak, malt and sweetness. A lot of dessert wine character, and things like sultanas, dates and toffee. Good sweetness, and very enticing.
Palate: Sweetness, lavender honey, toast, ice-wine, fruit, manuka honey and cinnamon.
Finish: Long and tangy with oak and floral notes, a little rose petal jelly on the tail.
