This is the second release of bourbon cask matured whisky from Edradour. It's presented in a nice decanter and bottled at natural cask strength.
All the classic Edradour characteristics, enriched by soft vanilla and caramel. Soft stone fruits; peaches and tangerine, a whiff of coconut.
Light, but not weak; clear fresh flavours of sweet caramel and citrus with perhaps a hint of coconut. Some grassy meadows with wild flowers and hay.
Medium and clean, with sweet vanilla.
A delicately-structured whisky.
