Nose: All the classic Edradour characteristics, enriched by soft vanilla and caramel. Soft stone fruits; peaches and tangerine, a whiff of coconut.
Palate: Light, but not weak; clear fresh flavours of sweet caramel and citrus with perhaps a hint of coconut. Some grassy meadows with wild flowers and hay.
Finish: Medium and clean, with sweet vanilla.
Overall: A delicately-structured whisky.
