Dalmore 21 Years 1990 Bottling Note

A fabulous single cask Dalmore, distilled in April 1990 and aged in sherry butt DL7152 for 21 years before bottling in August of 2011. This comes from Douglas Laing's wonderful Director's Cut range, and there are just 297 bottles of the stuff…

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Custard, stewed rhubarb, barley sugar, cinnamon and golden syrup. A little toasted almond.

Palate: Fruity and spiced. Cinnamon bagels, Seville marmalade and treacle.

Finish: Dry and spiced, a little star anise and coffee.
