Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fruity and rich. Cut hay, pepper, polish, pepper, cinnamon and Christmas cake.

Palate: Rich and fruity with oodles of spice and flavour. A lot of honeyed, creamy sherry notes come through, with a little clove, citrus and gingerbread.

Finish: Salty and citrussy, hints of toffee and a little spice.
